word tense has been taken from the Latin language word (Tempus ) which means time ore period

(1) The present Tense.

(2) The past Tense .

(3) The future Tense.

Every main tense has divided in to four parts or sub tenses 

(1) indefinite Tens .

(2) continuous Tense .

(3) perfect Tense .

(4) perfect continuous Tense .
